\u2022 Project design and realization in plants.
\u2022 Implementation of HEXPOL standard equipment in plants
\u2022 Lead the rollout and configuration of such equipment across departments and sites
\u2022 Collaborate with local engineers to identify improvement opportunities
\u2022 Translate operational requirements into machine\/process workflows and configurations
\u2022 Drive user adoption through training, documentation and support
\u2022 Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users to ensure successful implementation<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Engineering Degree with Mechanical\/Electrical\/Industrial Engineering skills
\u2022 Languages: very good skills in English, German is an important plus
\u2022 Basic knowledge of rubber production machinery and related processes
\u2022 Analytical skills to observe work processes and identify improvement potentials
\u2022 Very good teamwork and communication skills
\u2022 Structured and well-organized working methods
\u2022 General experiences in project leadership
\u2022 Willingness for extensive travelling between the different HEXPOL sites<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
