  • Responsible for sourcing decisions and supplier nominations according to defined value limits<\/li>
  • Procurement of polymers, carbon black and chemicals, across HEXPOL locations.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Development and implementation of the business plan<\/li>
  • Creation of market analysis<\/li>
  • Processing of global sourcing plans<\/li>
  • Definition of supplier bidder lists and supplier nominations<\/li>
  • Implementation of project-related procurement activities<\/li>
  • Conducting contract and price negotiations with national and international suppliers<\/li>
  • Managing complex raw material streams within HEXPOL network<\/li>
  • Special projects<\/li>
  • Directly reporting to the Purchasing Director Europe & Asia<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t

    • +5 years of experience as strategic purchaser or similar experience<\/li>
    • Diploma of Business Administration or similar commercial education<\/li>
    • Project Management experience<\/li>
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills<\/li>
    • Technical understanding<\/li>
    • Language skills: Fluent English, German is an asset.\u00a0<\/li>
    • Willingness to travel globally around 50 days per year<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
