Main tasks
- Maintain close cooperation with customers and suppliers
- Be responsible for managing polymer compound recipes for our customers
- Create mixing programs and optimize production processes
- Develop new compound recipes according to specific customer requirements
- Analyze manufactured compounds and improve production processes
Qualifications
- A technical education (preferably in chemistry, technology, plastics manufacturing, etc.)
- Good computer skills
- A proactive approach and a desire to continuously improve
- Fluent in Czech (spoken and written), communicative knowledge of English, additional languages are an advantage
- A valid driver’s license (Group B)
