Congratulations to Angelica Gonzalez!

Angelica is among thirty nominees for Rubber News’ Class of 2024 Women Breaking the Mold.  She will be honored in early November at its annual conference in Nashville. Angelica is a Maintenance Systems Engineer for HEXPOL Compounding Americas (HCA).

Also, Angelica has recently been honored by the FLUKE Corporation as its “Maintenance & Reliability Woman of the Year for 2024”.

“Ms. Gonzalez won the award for her work in achieving maintenance and reliability excellence at HEXPOL across 16 work sites.  Gonzalez was recognized for her efforts as a true Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations (MRO) champion:  maximizing equipment uptime, integrating predictive maintenance techniques, and optimizing efficiency across her organization.”
