A big part of our HFFR materials for Energy, wire and cable are thermoplastic polymers. Thermoplastics are soft, moldable or extrudable at elevated temperatures and become solid when cooled down again. This process can be repeated which make Thermoplastic materials recyclable or reusable.
Thermoplastics are high strength and reliable materials. They are fairly easy to manufacture at relatively low processing costs with high volume and precision. Our HFFR cables furthermore offer good insulating properties, work in wide temperature ranges, have excellent flame resistance with low toxicity and can even be flexible.
