Dryflex TPE for Safety Glasses
Key material properties for safety goggles and glasses are skin contact compatibility and high levels of transparency. The TPE needs to be easy to process via injection moulding. And very important for the wearer, they need to fit comfortably against the contours of the face. The PC lens clips into place.
We developed a customised material from the Dryflex family of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) for elasto’s safety glasses, as shown below.Â
