Soft & Safe TPE Materials for Pet Products
Anyone who has owned a dog or cat knows that having a quality toy is important for the safety of their companion. Chew toys especially need to handle constant gnawing and destruction attempts. That’s why we’ve designed soft and rubbery Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs) that are also durable and strong.
Keeping Pets (and their owners) happy
Designed for Pet Safety
The TPEs are free of latex, phthalates, and BPA. The raw materials we use are selected for FDA compliance.
We have rated our TPEs based on a Star Biteability Index. For extra small to small breed animals that are casual to aggressive chewers, we suggest a material rated 1 to 3 stars. For medium to larger breed animals, we recommend a more durable material rated 3 to 5 stars.
Materials are available with a wide range of strength, flexibility, and flow properties, allowing you to create a product that is safe, durable, non-toxic, easily processed, and well-suited to your pet product design.
