What does your job involve, what are some typical tasks?
My main task is to keep the offices and common area clean. I take care of the wash of workwear and purchase of various consumables such as hygiene products and coffee.
When we have meetings and events I help with preparing and getting refreshments if needed.
Finally, my aim is to make sure that our premises are pleasant for employees and visitors, for instance by changing the curtains and decorate for Christmas.
What makes your job interesting?
No two days are alike. We are quite many employees and all are individuals with individual needs, so you never know what the day will bring. I see it as an important part of my role to contribute to a more enjoyable workplace.
What's your favourite thing about working at HEXPOL TPE?
I think it is fun to go to work because it is such a pleasant working environment with great colleagues. Everyone are welcoming, that I felt already during my first day here. If you have a bad day someone will always be there to pull you up.
